Best coffee I have ever made comes from finely grinding fresh beans of this Italian Silk. I prefer espresso strength coffee. This is perfect The name says it all, bold yet silky smooth flavor and wonderful mouth feel. I have not been happy with anything else and stock up on this because it never fails to make my favorite cup. Used a French press for years and it was great, now even better in our new Delonghi espresso machine. I sincerely appreciate Mariposa Coffee Company for creating this masterpiece bean.
