We roast our Italian Silk slightly lighter than our French, pulling out subtle nuances in the flavor profile. Though also a dark roast, you might notice a hint of caramel and a creamy finish. Tip: alternate between luxurious sips and dunking an almond biscotti. Bonus points if you can convince your boss to instate a company- wide policy for an Italian siesta.
